大垸村座落在鸭屎香原产村坪坑头村附近，是最早种植鸭屎香的村庄之一，该村所种植出来的鸭屎香质量高，口感好，不比坪坑头原产村的差，但价格却比之优惠不少，具有非常高的性价比。 

鸭屎来自广东省潮州市凤凰镇，半发酵茶叶，属于乌龙茶，做法复杂，工艺考究，重点突出香字，是所有茶类中香型最高的茶。 

凤凰单丛茶出名，鸭屎香有非常大的功劳，只因名字奇怪，但其实，它有一个非常文艺的名字叫【银花香】，因其茶香天然类似于凤凰山的野生银花，后来学者们觉得鸭屎香不雅，固改其名为银花香，但是市场上还是叫其为【鸭屎香】，而叫这么俗气的名字，有传说是茶农因自家茶树奇香独特，吸引四乡六里的人们来一探究竟， 茶家怕被折枝嫁接，或被偷走茶果，于是说这茶树种在黄色土上，就叫此茶为鸭屎香。

Dawan Village is located near Pingkengtou Village, the original village of duck shit tea. It is one of the earliest villages to grow duck shit tea. It grown in this village is of high quality and tastes good, which is no worse than that of Pingkengtou village of origin, but the price is much more favorable, with a very high cost performance.

Duck Shit Tea comes from Fenghuang Town, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. It is a semi-fermented tea and belongs to Oolong tea. It is complicated to make and sophisticated in craftsmanship. It emphasizes the word "fragrance" and is the tea with the highest fragrance among all teas.

Phoenix Dancong tea is famous, and Duck Shit Tea  has a great contribution to it. It’s just because of the strange name, but in fact, it has a very literary name called [Silver Flower Fragrance], because its tea fragrance is naturally similar to the wild silver flowers in Phoenix Mountain. Later, scholars felt that Duck Shit Tea was not elegant, so they changed its name to Silver Flower Fragrance, but it is still called [Duck Shit Tea] in the market. There is a legend that the reason for calling it such a vulgar name is that tea farmers, because of the unique fragrance of their tea trees, attracted people from all over the country to come and find out. Tea farmers were afraid that the branches would be broken for grafting, or the tea fruits would be stolen, so he said that the tea trees were planted on yellow soil which call duck shit soil  and called this tea Duck Shit Tea.
